Metamorph — The Day After Tomorrow
After the bombing stopped and the clouds of dust settled, the mountains of rubble were clearly visible piled up high; wastelands as far as the eye could see. After the great wave from the sea had washed everything away in its path, the destruction was clearly visible. Tossed and thrown out of place, all is discarded and lost. The riverbeds now run dry, cracks in the clay open up the wounds from the disaster and reveal scars on the natural landscape. Wilderness lost, habitats destroyed. After the storm comes the calm and now it is time to rebuild and plan our way. The machine survives and marches forward looking for any survivors. With violent creaking and cranking, the hydraulic pistons pump the oil around the machine, just as the heart pumps blood to the monster inside the machine. But who is controlling the machine? As we perilously perch at the dawn of a new era, the machine comes ever closer to man's everyday existence. Only the future will tell, but has time turned full circle and the dinosaurs are now back to rule the earth?
