Lockdown - stoneware pot

The narratives behind these locked-down and locked-in characters relate to a series of print works in the Persons and Personas section. Three characters incarcerated in the prisons of El Salvador. Each with a bitter story of violence and betrayal. Each with no hope of salvation due to the corruption of the state and poverty without end. Young men who will never go anywhere but hell. Their stories inscribed on their skin and in the clay.
